I am a Chartered Surveyor, have worked at Savills, (largest real estate advisor in the UK) for five years and hold real estate degrees from the University of Cambridge and the London Schools of Economics. My specialism is research and market analysis.  Whilst I am a self confessed number cruncher, my real skill and joy is in writing.

I have the priveledge of being a a guest lecturer at the University of Cambridge.  I also hold tutorials and mentor students on the real estate programme.

I have two adorable daughters aged 6 and 11 and we live together in a village just outside Cambridge.  We love cycling, swimming and animals.
